New Year --- New Dogs for Adoption

We have recently taken in these beautiful dogs.  One of them could make your home happier this year!

Rex is our new yellow boy just pulled from Mo. Co. Animal Shelter.  He's truly gorgeous with his big blockhead. He is currently being neutered and is undergoing ear surgery (his ear canal was totally blocked).  Rex is Heartworm Positive and will begin his heartworm treatment as soon as he recovers from today's surgery.

Brandi is a young yellow Lab "mama dog."  She has a very nice temperament.   She will be going to the vet this week for her heartworm test.  She will need to be adopted into a quiet home.

Reggie is a beautiful Black Lab.  She's about a year and a half years old, loves to play and gets along great with others.  She's Heartworm Negative, recently spayed and totally ready to go home with you!

Bella (II) will be coming to us in a few days.  She is a 5 year old female who has been fully vetted.  Bella II is great with kids.

Poky is very new to our program.  He's 3 years old and fully vetted.  He's very good with other dogs and loves being with kids.

Why We Will Always Need Funds

This week we especially thank Lori and Mike Day and Rosanna Russell for their recent generosity.  All three are also treasured volunteers.

All donations help the companion animals of Montgomery Co. including Max:

Max was recently found tied up and abandoned in New Caney.  The rope was so tight around his neck and it had been so long since he had eaten that he vomited when volunteers first fed him.

He's now in our program in foster care and under the care of Bear Branch Animal Hospital.  Max has multiple health concerns including being heartworm positive.  He is facing a long road to recovery.

Max is learning about human love and care and regular meals.  Thank you for your new and/or continued support to our group.  Max is especially  grateful!
